At Zonipet, we are committed to delivering your pet products efficiently and transparently across Europe. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our timeframes and procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship to destinations within the European Union. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Standard European Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All orders shipped within the European Union are inclusive of applicable VAT.

  • Customers within the EU will not incur any unexpected customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or if you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact us immediately at contact@zonipet.lol so we can resolve the issue with our logistics partners.
